Dear Friends,

Please sign up for a wonderful yoga class starting next Wednesday evening, January 29th (10 weeks-$110) at the Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department, 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm.

Yoga with Michele


Enjoy moving and stretching your body in a group setting.  One does not need to be 'athletic' to do yoga; yoga can be adapted to all body types.  Increase flexibility and strengthen muscles and bones.  Learn breathing techniques and meditation to help unblock areas of tension.

Yoga aides in lowering stress, alleviating stiffness, and improving circulation.  Bring a yoga mat and towel to class.
