Reflect, meditate on Gratitude, and celebrate the wonderful person you are, and the community around you

Dear Friends,

I am teaching a series of Yoga classes at the Dobbs Ferry Recreation/Community Center** on Wednesdays.
For those of you who have not had the opportunity to join me this Fall for Yoga I welcome you to drop in this Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, November 26th from 7pm-8pm.  Drop in price is $20.00.  Please bring a mat or towel, water, and a friend.

Take time to reflect, meditate on Gratitude, and celebrate the wonderful person you are, and the community around you.
