I have been teaching the Senior Chair Yoga class in Dobbs Ferry at the Embassy Center for just over three years, starting with about 8 people and now bursting the room with between 20-24 students!!
The Dobbs Ferry Department has asked me to teach an Adult Mat Yoga class on Wednesday evenings, beginning October 2nd, 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. If you are interested in signing up, please contact the Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department at 914.693.0024, ask for Matt or Mike and let them know I sent you their way. The fee is only $110.00 for 10 weeks---a bargain!
